CS3 Agency was founded by Conor Sheldon in May of 2020, at the peak of the Covid 19 pandemic.
Originally from Connecticut, Conor studied at Universidad Veritas in Costa Rica, Middlebury College in Vermont, and the University of Southern California. Earlier in his career, he served as Director of Membership for XENII, a Los Angeles private membership club, from 2004 to 2008, before joining William Morris Endeavor (WME). He went on to spend 13 years in WME’s Music & Personal Appearances department, holding leadership responsibilities across both the domestic and international teams.
Following that tenure, Conor founded CS3. Now in its sixth year, the agency represents more than 50 artists, operates with a team of seven, and facilitates more than 1,000 live performances annually. Conor remains closely involved in the agency’s global touring, market development, deal negotiation, and long-term artist strategy.
